Crystal Advantage is offering 
a one hour introductory reporting health check analysis with two of our seasoned consultants who have over 35 combined years of SAP Crystal Reports and SAP BI Platform experience. We’ll remotely connect with you, look at your reporting environment, discuss your current strategy and then provide you with our professionally documented findings and recommendations at no cost.
We’ll be looking at such things as:
- Report Distribution Strategy – are you taking full advantage of features that would improve the user experience, query performance, or reduce administrative tasks?
- Software Versions – if current, are you using the product to it’s full potential? If not current, we’ll tell you what it would take to get there and help you understand any opportunities you might be missing
- Licensing Model – does it support your existing and future user base well? Will it be sufficient when you upgrade?
- Server Performance – are there improvements that could be made to the server configuration?
- Report Development – we’ll show you how to tell if your reports are as fast as they could be, we’ll tell you if there are new techniques not being utilized to reduce the volume of reports
- Content and User Administration Strategy – are you adhering to industry best practices or could there be improvement?
- Backup and Restoration Strategy – would you really be able to recover reports, folders or even your full reporting environment? Do you need failover support or high availability?
- Q&A – we’ll discuss what’s on your mind regarding reporting issues or technical questions
That’s a lot to cover in a short amount of time, but we find these fast-paced sessions allow us to uncover risks and make recommendations to make an impact immediately or discover where additional analysis needs to be done to mitigate risks.
